The Insights Discovery Profile is a 20 page personal development tool that provides the basis to answer these questions. The Insights Discovery Profile recognises and celebrates the fact that each person in an organisation is unique, with different styles, needs and expectations. In these differences are great strengths for the organisation, but how do we recognise and make the best of them? The Insights system uses a very easy to understand system of four colour energies to describe personality.
The profile enables individuals to understand their working style and how this impacts on their relationships with others in the business environment. It also provides ideas on how they might develop to improve their effectiveness at work. By the sharing of profiles between team members a deeper understanding of others can be made; laying the foundation for improvements in team performance.
The profile is generated from the results of a 25 question online evaluator that takes on average 15 minutes to complete. We then provide feedback either at one to one sessions or more usually at a fun team day or workshop. It is a fun and interactive journey and one which leaves participants with a language and framework for understanding themselves and others which they can put into practice immediately.
The Insights Discovery system is continually validated for accuracy and has been proven with over 10 million participants. The language is positive and supporting throughout and so is seen as non judgemental. The simple, memorable colour system used makes the system easy to understand and recall; so enabling the system to be embedded.
The Insights Discovery Full Circle Profile is the perfect compliment to the Insights Discovery Profile, representing a natural next step on the journey of self-awareness.
The Discovery Full Circle Profile extends the understanding and perception of self to include an insight into the perception others have of our preferences, providing a fresh and rich perspective into personal approach, style and impact.
Presenting the Full Circle Profile within the Discovery framework of colour and focusing on preference rather than skill or capability, provides a positive and reinforcing framework within which individuals can explore their strengths and development areas and the impact these may have on their professional and personal relationships.
