Company Integration & Team Building Days

To your customers, creditors, competitors, critics and prospective staff, whether in business, public or unique special service you are one operation.

However, how often do we hear comments like; "sales and credit control don't speak"," if we're investigating you can keep the A-Team out", "design doesn't have a clue what they're asking of production", "that site is full of prima donnas" or "don't let those cowboys wreck this operation"?

So, is your internal communication up to your external observers beliefs or more importantly is it preventing you from further exceptional performance?

Our three different types of Programme offer individuals from all areas of your operation the opportunity, in a practical way, to learn and practise the primary principles to effective communication and interaction.

These Programmes’s are aimed at different levels of intensity, as detailed below, to reflect the very different needs between total company awareness and focussed team training.

Company Integration Days
These are normally for up to 70 individuals and are predominately fun orientated days with prizes, typically involving the following.

Establishing up to 6 teams, each representing a cross section from your organization, that take part in all day, fun based, communication tasks. As these are completed clues are issued to solve an overall daylong logic puzzle. Scoring and a bidding system for points on each task are based around a Clients operation, keeps the day competitive.

These days are often supported by follow-on evening entertainment as a biannual thank you.

Team Building
This is aimed at building subliminal interaction, understanding and communication between key operational team members whilst under pressure.

Programs range from 1 to 5 days and use various tasks, which can include working to deadlines, exposure to external elements, extended work periods, emotional challenges and psychological profiling.

The goal from the experience is that the team understands exactly how each of the component members operates. Including strengths, weaknesses, individual motivators and a strategy to draw the best from each individual, on the premise that every member of the team was selected.
