Bespoke Courses
As a training consultancy we offer a bespoke approach to suit the needs of individuals and organisations, with any of our programmes, courses or workshops being delivered over 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week to 1 year, depending on the content required. Follow-ups, phone coaching, 1-2-1 meetings and refreshers are also available depending on the nature of the business.
The requirements of each company differ vastly. Some Directors and Senior Managers do not want to spend time on personal development due to time constraints. Other personnel may resist going on "yet another training course".
Our emphasis focuses on long term retention, which means we like to make sure the training has a positive affect in the future, not only for the next 2 weeks! Often to get the right material delivered in the right time frames and with the industry “jargon” we carry out a needs analysis within the organisation. Meeting with key individuals to get a feel for the company will make sure everyone gets the outcome they want from the programmes.
