One2one Coaching

One2one coaching is rapidly becoming popular for organisations in most industries. Whether Pharmaceutical, IT, Finance or Manufacturing, performance to gain results is the key to surviving and competing for the top spot. Coaching is not just for the high performers to support and guide but also for those within a company with loss of motivation, direction and sense of purpose. The role of a one2one Coach is to encourage growth and responsibility within an individual to achieve business targets whilst also looking at personal targets.

As the Pareto principle states: 80% of the company turnover comes from 20% of your people. Whilst it would be good to spend time improving the 20% (who deserve it!) look at the possibility of the growth in the 80%.

We believe that, with good coaching, individuals can increase their efficiency, output and results by understanding the barriers to their performance and challenging them by creating action plans to ensure positive changes.

The benefits of using an external coach are complete confidentiality, ongoing support at the end of a phone and no hidden agendas. Regular face-to-face sessions can be arranged, if needed, or coaching over the phone as required.

Ask yourself this; how many people in your organisation can you share 100% of your thoughts without recrimination? A one2one coach is used to enable each individual to discuss topics they choose, issues they have or goals they wish to work towards.
